What is the purpose of the data collection?
The overall aim of collecting and storing the data collected through DOI and ECA forms is to enable the EUnetHTA Conflict of Interest Committee to carry out its task and make sure every person has declared any potential conflicts of interest before engaging in JCA/CA or JSC production.
Does EUnetHTA handle my data in a lawful manner?
Every person who signs the DOI and ECA forms gives explicit consent to EUnetHTA (and Zorginstituut Nederland as the consortium lead) handling her or his data.
Therefore, EUnetHTA handles this data under Article 6 (1)(a). You may contanct the data holder by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are my rights concerning the data I provided?
As set out by the GDPR, you have the:

- Right to rectification (Article 16),
- Right to erasure (Article 17),
- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18),
